hallava Catering Faqs
Do you have a catering minimum?
Yes. The food truck has a catering minimum of $2,500 before tax and gratuity (minimums are subject to change depending on season and availability). If your event doesn't meet these minimums, consider placing a delivery or pick-up order!
How far in advance do I need to place an order or request the truck?
For pick-up or delivery orders feeding up to 50 people, let us know by 11am the business day prior and we should be able to make it happen! For pick-up or delivery orders feeding more than 50 people, we require at least 48 hours notice. If you're interested in booking the truck for an event, we recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind, as our availability varies widely depending on the day and season.
My event is out of town, do you travel?
We're happy to travel anywhere in the greater Puget Sound area! Events outside Seattle city limits may be subject to a transportation surcharge.
Can you accommodate food allergies or special food requests?
Absolutely. We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available upon request. Just let us know how many in your order.
